Design process

• Once you place your order, we will contact you within 1 to 3 business days to request a photo of your venue.
  

• Once you provide us with the information, we will send you a design proof for your approval.

• You can make up to two revisions without additional charge.

• We will send you a digital file in the format you request.

When you make your purchase, please write your email address or WhatsApp number in the “Send us your personalization” box so we can contact you and start your design. Once we have all the information, we will send you a digital proof for your approval.
